2025-2026 Leadership – Maintenance

The Maintenance Leadership are hands-on with the behind-the-scenes work that keeps all accommodations, meeting spaces, public areas, and grounds in excellent shape. Day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to: mowing and trimming grass, sweeping, collecting garbage, moving firewood, moving equipment, snow removal, and assisting the full time maintenance staff where needed. read more

They provide loving, nurturing, and trustworthy care for the kids, ensuring they feel safe and supported. They are responsible for supervising, playing, interacting, and caring for the children of their assigned families with ages ranging from newborns to 13 years old. Each family is unique, so specific responsibilities and schedule will vary based on their needs. read more
